WHAT IF I AM UNSURE WHICH SERVICE I NEED?

Don't worry we can help,  get in touch to book a free consultation call.  We will then arrange to talk on a video call for around 15 mins. We’ll discuss your needs, end goal and preferences for your space and budget, then recommend the ideal service for you.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER FOR IN PERSON SERVICES?

In-person services are available across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, London and Bedfordshire. 

If you are outside these areas, our virtual services can be a excellent alternative, available to clients nationwide and internationally.

HOW DO VIRTUAL SESSIONS WORK?

Our virtual sessions are conducted via video call. It will be tailored to you dependant on which service you choose and your goals. But generally, this is what you could expect;


We'll dive into your challenges, understanding your specific needs for space planning, decluttering or organising.


We'll develop a plan together, offering personalised advice to tackle your unique issues.

You’ll receive a summary of our session plus tailored recommendations via email, giving you everything you need to enhance your space.

DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT DURING THE DECLUTTERING OR ORGANISING SESSION?

For decluttering sessions, your presence is essential as decisions about your belongings need your input. That doesn't mean you need to be present for the whole session, we can discuss this with you and come up with a plan that fits around your commitments.

For organising or house moves, arrangements can be made for Morganised  to work in your absence, provided there is a prior consultation and you arrange key access​.

It is helpful to be able to touch base in person at the end of a session, where we’ll show you around your finished space, explaining the systems we have put in, so you know exactly where everything is.

IS THE ORGANISING PROCESS WITH MORGANISED JUDGEMENT FREE?

Absolutely! Our approach is completely judgment-free. We understand that decluttering is a personal process, and our goal is to support your journey towards a more organised space, not to pass judgment.

WHAT ABOUT THE USE OF PHOTOS AND SOCIAL MEDIA?

We may take photos during sessions for insurance purposes and to document the progress of our work. It can be a great thing for you to be able to look back on photos and marvel at how far you have come. 


With your consent, these photos might be used on our social media or website, though your identity will always be protected. 

ARE YOU INSURED AND ARE THE TEAM MEMBERS QUALIFIED?

Yes, we are fully insured, and our team members are professionally trained in organising and decluttering, bringing a wealth of real-life experience to ensure a professional and efficient service.

WHAT ARE THE PRICING DETAILS FOR MORGANISED SERVICES?

In-home services are charged on a per-day basis with standard sessions running from 10am to 2pm.

Virtual sessions and Virtual PA services are priced per hour, with packages available for extended hours at a reduced rate​ (services and pricing)​.
